Test Manager Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities creating Test Strategy and Test Plan defining the test objectives for manual and automated testing setting up project / Scrum team-specific rules for the test area, e.g. naming conventions; usage of tools working within a few related projects as an integrator having a strong sense of environmental dependencies vs planned testing activates cooperating with Test Managers from Germany cooperating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Domain Test Manager creating reports on the test progress and the results of the test activities managing and tracking test activities ensuring that appropriate test design techniques are used ensuring that test cases are maintained and reused (incl. new functionality and regression) ensuring traceability of requirements, test cases and results, including defects where applicable ensuring that test processes and test standards are followed ensuring that project/scrum team-specific rules are followed (DoR and DoD) ensuring that the test objectives are achieved, e.g. a defined coverage ratio Our requirements fluency in English and Polish min. 3 years of experience in a similar position test automation experience with a focus on AI tools knowledge of Java and JavaScript knowledge of API experience in working in a Scrum team strong motivation for problem solving very good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Optional German language What we offer Let’s be healthy – being healthy is crucial to every area of our lives.
