Detailed description of work task to be carried out We are looking for People Services Change Management Supporter for implementation of HR operational/process changes, as well as HR global transformation project. Responsibilities - support or lead/execute:   change management initiatives to bring us closer the successful implementation of operational/process changes, as well as the ones related to global transformation project. establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance. partnership with Global Comms Lead: Craft key messages, identify target audiences, and select appropriate communication channels to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information. development of training materials, resources, and guidelines to facilitate the onboarding process and ongoing usage of the change management platform. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on platform features and best practices, while offering ongoing support and assistance. content creation: develop compelling and informative communications content, such as newsletters, emails, and video tutorials establishing metrics and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of communication and change management efforts. Analyze data, collect feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and refinement of strategies. gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating for user needs and preferences.   Description of knowledge and experience Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in guiding individuals and teams through change, addressing resistance, and driving adoption. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration, trust, and engagement. Very good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and effectively convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to develop training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance communication and change management strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives forward. Proven experience in change management and communications roles, proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member, with specific examples Experience in conducting trainings, as well as HR understanding would be an asset.
