Your responsibilities: managing filing system updating paperwork, maintaining documents providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail Our requirements: 1 year of experience bachelor’s degree bilingual – Polish and English speakers required working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) strong written and verbal communication skills excellent organizational and time management skills the sense of urgency attention to detail and problem-solving skills What we offer: free breakfasts multisport card gym in the same building the possibility of professional development work in the office from Monday to Friday working hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 12 a.m a friendly atmosphere in the team
