Join us in shaping the future of our organisation and make an impact in the lives of patients.   The position Reporting to the Vice President of Bulgaria & South Balkans Cluster, you will hold a critical leadership position within the business. You will act as a trusted and solution-oriented partner to the Leadership Team and be responsible for leading the company's people strategy, driving organisational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.    Your main responsibilities will include: •    Developing and implementing a comprehensive people and organisation strategy that aligns with the Novo Nordisk’s business goals and objectives. •    Leading HR function in South Balkans Cluster, onboarding, talent acquisition in cooperation with our TA partners, performance management, employee engagement, and career development. •    Driving organisational effectiveness and performance by implementing best practices in talent management, organisational design, and change management.  •    Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement that supports the company's mission and values.  •    Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain a safe and ethical work environment.    As a person you have high moral standards, you are a trusted counsellor in the management team.  You have a deep respect for confidentiality, demonstrate agility, exercise sound judgement in HR matters, and maintain a constant focus on the growth and development of both individuals and the company.   Qualifications •    You hold a university degree in HR, business administration or another related field. •    Proven track record in HR leadership in a multinational company with matrix organisation, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. •    Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and policies related to HR and employment.  •    We expect our candidates to be able to communicate effectively in English, discuss strategies in a way that impacts key stakeholders and able to build trusted relationships.   About the department  South Balkans Cluster is part of Business Area South East Europe and encompasses four vibrant markets: North Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, and Kosovo.
