Business Controller Miejsce pracy: Żerniki (pow. Poznański; gm. Kórnik) Your responsibilities Reporting results and analyzing them, calculating KPIs, checking completeness and accuracy of data. Analyzing and evaluating operational and financial data, analyzing deviations from plan, performing variance analysis. Working directly with the Board of Directors and the Director team - Finance Business Partner role providing financial recommendations and facilitating data-driven decision making. Continuous development of business controlling with support from the CFO. Collaborate with operational departments to optimize and control results. Budget planning and forecast development, co-creation of financial models and business development scenarios. Proactively monitor the process of changes in the company's environment and their impact on financial performance. Our requirements Higher education in finance, accounting or in a related field of study. Min. 3 years of professional experience in the area of controlling, financial analyst or audit. Business awareness, curiosity and motivation for development. Detail orientation, analytical skills and solution orientation. Interpersonal competence and ability to work with business partners. Fluency in English. High knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to work with large amounts of data. Optional Experience in working with Power BI / VBA / SQL. Experience in a manufacturing company.
