Your Responsibilities: Managing supplier databases and article databases and assessing cooperation with suppliers and delivered articles. Maintaining a database of standard items (item catalog), including periodic review and assessment of procurement standards and item exchange. Responsibility for ordering goods, tools and services necessary to complete projects for the client (including non-standard items). Responsibility for the purchase of welding wires and welding gases based on production plans and demand for renovation projects. Actively searching for appropriate suppliers based on project specifications in terms of necessary items and services (subcontractors), including also acquiring suppliers for projects outside Europe. Supervision of a team of Purchasing Specialists in their purchasing activities, including compliance with the company's purchasing standards, policies and procedures. Providing service and support to Operational Departments in the supply of all consumables and services necessary for the proper functioning of the company. Reporting and close cooperation with the Head of the Finance Department in order to optimize costs. Our expectations: Higher education Professional experience in a similar position (min. 5 years). Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English; Fluency in a second language is desirable (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experience in negotiations and project management (min. 5 years). Working Environment: Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
