About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our international marketing team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and retailers to ensure successful product launches and effective go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of collaborating with external partners to drive business objectives.   What you will get to do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain to support the go-to-market strategies for new products. Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive alignment on product launch plans, timelines, and marketing initiatives. Work closely with retailers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that products are positioned effectively within their stores and online platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to provide OEM partners with necessary product information, marketing assets, and support materials. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress against key milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks. Provide regular updates and reports to regional marketing management on the status of go-to-market initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to product launches, ensuring that all activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to product go-to-market activities, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Who we are looking for: Must have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and partnerships. Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with OEM partners and retailers. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Nice to have: Knowledge of retail and distribution channels, as well as experience working with consumer electronics or technology products.
