Every day.About the jobIn this role, you will lead the establishment of Learning Value Chain operations and drive the global conceptualization, design, and implementation of the Learning Value Chain to accelerate learning in alignment with Alfa Laval’s 2030 goals. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the end-to-end operations of the Learning Value Chain, including conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, developing training plans, enhancing learner engagement and experience, and evaluating training effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Learning Value Chain: Establish and drive the end-to-end Learning Value Chain operations globally, in alignment with Alfa Laval's business goals.Conceptualization and Implementation: Conceptualize, design, and implement the end-to-end Learning Value Chain on a global scale to accelerate learning.Training Needs Assessment: Develop and drive the Training Needs Assessment process framework globally.Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence, execution, and governance of key processes, continuously initiating, implementing, and reviewing key performance metrics for improvement.Portfolio/Content Management: Ensure real-time relevance for learners as the Portfolio/Content Manager of active courses.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect across faculties, business leaders, HR Business Partners, learners, and value streams across Alfa Laval for end-to-end delivery.Policy Development: Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for the learning function.Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning outcomes and make improvements as needed.Budget Management: Strategically manage investments for critical priorities, including annual budgeting overview and follow-through on invoicing/cross-invoicing.Who You AreYou have multiple years of experience as business-minded HR Business Partner or Generalist and/or experience in developing and implementing successful learning strategies aligned with business objectives.Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Pro-active, creative and with a clear sense of accountability. Fluency in written and spoken English. You demonstrate a strong growth mindset and an inclusive approach. You bring a target-oriented mindset while being a solution-oriented team player. What You HaveEducation: A Masters or Post-Graduate degree qualification in HR or a related field.Experience: 10+ years of senior-level experience in successfully conceptualizing, setting up, driving, and improvising end-to-end learning operations in large global multinational companies.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills enabling you to connect business needs with the end-to-end Learning Value Chain and design future learning strategies for Alfa Laval.Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.Leadership: Ability to lead teams effectively, even without direct authority.Drive and Passion: A strong drive and passion to realize the Learning Transformation Ambition of Alfa Laval.Initiative: Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and go the extra mile to achieve results.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Reporting and LocationYou will report to the Head of Global People Development at Alfa Laval (hybrid location, within Europe).
