We’re looking for an energetic and committed person who will join Hilti Polska as a Solution & Software Manager to help us grow our business but also develop our Solution Marketing Team. Who are we? Define and implement our marketing strategy in the solutions business locally (also supporting the region/HUB); Deliver financial results the solution marketing business within the area; Develop our customer platform growth through a number of marketing activities (. life-cycle management); Manage complex and/or strategic projects and issues in line with defined objectives/ agenda, budget and quality; Develop, communicate and implement the value proposition in the solutions business in Poland; Manage the team (resource, deployment planning, people development); Develop, design and implement the marketing roadmap together with other Marketing leaders and other relevant stakeholders. Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or similar; 5 - 8 years of professional experience in sales or marketing (preferably in b2b, services and/or software business); Proven high analytical and conceptual talent, as well as the ability to interpret sales metrics; Experience in the disciplinary and professional management of employees; In-depth project experience, high affinity for software systems and, ideally, relevant knowledge of marketing and selling software; Strong conceptual thinking in the design of marketing strategies; Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills; Excellent business understanding and demonstrate entrepreneurial attitude; Strong assertiveness and great stakeholder management capacities; Thrive in a team atmosphere, set and deliver goals and a can-do attitude; Fluency in English and Polish; Ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
