Job Description Manage the service delivery of 50+ two-level organization on day-to-day basis, within defined budgets and in accordance with relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards Ensure process compliance with Group Business Process Model Ensure processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, documented and up-to-date Monitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, taking improvement actions where appropriate Design and implement continuous improvement culture within the Department to realize business objectives and deliver cost efficient and effective process Implement internal control framework for processes in scope Provide Senior Management with regular performance reporting Be „face to the customer“ and manage relations with European Eurofins entities Create friendly working environment which will attract and retain Talents Support the ongoing Transition projects Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing large teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environment Strong financial domain knowledge (OtC) Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements Experience in managing relation with customers (internal or external) Ability to work and adopt to dynamic environment Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent Fluent English (written and spoken) High level of energy, drive and passion Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills Additional Information What we offer:   Possibility to develop yours career International and creative work environment Possibility to build processes and standards Annual bonus Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Attractive package of benefits: private medical care, group life insurance, MyBenefit system, Multisport card We support your development!  Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
