Tailor, advance, and execute Compensation & Benefits processes for Poland operations, adhering to global principles and practices to attract and retain top-tier talent. 2. Manage all aspects of headcount and labor cost planning, conducting thorough analysis and reporting to maintain a streamlined People & Culture budget. 3. Offer insights and recommendations on pay and benefits strategies, leveraging market data and trends to develop effective paylines. 4. Facilitate clear communication and education on Compensation & Benefits policies, fostering employee understanding and transparency. 5. Contribute to cultivating an agile mindset and operational framework within the organization. Employer requirements We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee our Compensation & Benefits practices, ensuring meticulous attention to workforce and labor cost planning. Your task will be to align local remuneration solutions with company guidelines, fostering external competitiveness and internal sustainability.
