  • End2End Recruitment and Onboarding process, for the junior, senior, management position
  • Working closely with the C&B team, benefit administration, act as a point of contact for employee in Poland (factory, office, retail)
  • Manage Performance Management Program in cooperation with Central Team
  • Trainning and Development programs, Employee Engagement, Exit Interviews also in cooperation with Central Team
  • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and surveys
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure workplace safety
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies
Key liaison between employees and management on the polish market|Recruitment, Onboarding experience, managing all recruitment process
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Great Understanding of labour laws
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, in international company and changing priorities
  • Fluent english as a must - daily working
