We are looking for passionate people that want to be part of our journey and embrace the behaviors that we at Aliaxis stand for:We Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast,We Care for the environment, our customers and each other,We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions.Aliaxis is privately owned, with its global & EMEA headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Job description Managing a team of 2, the IT Project Manager will take accountability for the delivery of the IT scope for operations, making the objectives clear to the project team, and making each member responsible for achieving them.ResponsibilitiesAlign project stakeholders on course of actions for mitigation or project risks and resolution of issues.Remove organizational, process-related, financial, and technical roadblocks preventing on-time on-budget delivery of the project scope.Escalate any roadblocks/risks/issues that could not be resolved.Keep relevant stakeholders informed of the progress of the projects.Assessing the supplier needs for the project and setting objectives for cost, delivery schedules, and reliability.Monitor, challenge vendor performance, set KPI/Milestones for the supplier team, escalate and solve issues in case of needsRequirementsSenior experience in project management with solid track record of complex IT project delivery in international and decentralized organizations – team leading/management is a strong plusUp to prioritize and balance workload across multiple initiatives/projects running in parallelAble to work autonomously with very little supervision/steeringCapable to navigate in highly decentralized, matrixial and unstructured organizations, identify key stakeholders, activate them, and keep them mobilized during the whole project duration.Knowledge of supply chain planning software (eg.
