Profitroom - Empowering hotels directly ​ Currently we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be a part of our Digital Marketing Team . Your primary focus will be on managing the team responsible for designing and executing PPC & Social Media campaigns for hoteliers across various media platforms. Your success will directly contribute to our mission to empower hotels to maximize their occupancy rates and enhance their share of direct bookings Daily activities: Ownership: Take full responsibility for this part of the company. Plan Your roadmap wisely, and make sure it is communicated well to Your team and the company. Take ownership of things that will lead to success Leadership and Team Management: Leading and mentoring two teams to plan, execute, and analyse campaigns across paid SEM & Social platforms, ensuring effective implementation of strategies for new and existing clients, but also providing ongoing support, coaching, and career development to team members. Digital Strategy and Field Expertise: Developing and executing strategy plans for new and existing clients, leveraging various technologies and channels to achieve client campaign objectives. Strategy Planning: Willingness to plan and execute the future in this field by adapting new product ideas and technologies available worldwide. Leading initiatives from idea to done. Client Engagement & Service Management: Serving as the field client backup contact, offering strategic digital guidance, maintaining and enhancing client relationships by understanding their needs and proposing customised solutions where team members don’t find any solution. Financial Management: Managing digital budgets, and driving revenue growth plans for hoteliers by leveraging digital opportunities. Overseeing the team's budget in terms of costs and revenue. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and experience in digital marketing, ideally in an advertising agency or a media house. Exceptional understanding of customer service, and great communication skills, both verbal and written. Direct client-facing experience, coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality while sharing your professional opinion, to achieve both clients’ and business goals. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and omnichannel campaigns. Proven ability to create and continually drive process improvement. Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Creative approach to marketing and out-of-the-box thinking: you can demonstrate an ability to come up with innovative approaches to get the best performance from SEM marketing platforms. Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Paid Media campaigns with particular expertise of Google Ads and Meta Ads Proven command of other advertising platforms (Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including marketing strategy, audience targeting, remarketing, budget optimization, and pixel and conversion API. A good knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio. Proficiency in Google Analytics for result analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and draw actionable insights. The ability to digest data and turn it into tangible suggestions that can easily be understood by those without your level of expertise results in successful PPC results, including improving ROAS and KPI. Market and competitor research skills. A passion for the hospitality industry or/and experience working with hoteliers. Fluency in written and spoken Polish (C2) and English (at least C1).
