Job Description Junior Compliance Controller oversees handling day-to-day operations related to the compliance with Group’s Finance and Legal Policies and Procedures. This challenging position requires good oversight, a range of organizational skills and knowledge of procedures and internal regulations. You will have an integral role in keeping our international operations running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include: Processing business requests related to compliance with the internal rules of procedure (with emphasize placed upon agreements), key operating principles, and rules governing transactions/decisions, Maintaining files and dockets, organizing and tracking case files, Preparation of various reports , Implementation and improvement upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow, Assistance in implementation and/or improvements of tools/systems to support and automate controlling activities and reporting. Other assignments may include: Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member within demanding and international environment, Offering alternative solutions when a request cannot be fulfilled or can be fulfilled more efficiently, Utilizing appropriate technology to complete various responsibilities and high volume of documents, Assisting with ad-hoc projects when necessary. Qualifications What are we expecting: Education: Bachelor’s degree (administration/legal field preferred) Languages : Fluent English (both writing and speaking) Skills: Basic knowledge of legal principles and practices Additional qualities: 1 year of relevant work experience & excellent command of Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint .
