BeeSpeaker growth summarized: 2022: Release of the first version of the BeeSpeaker app. 2023: Rapid growth with the acquisition of 12,000 paying customers and reaching 600,000 app downloads; establishing BeeSpeaker as a leading English learning app in Poland. 2024: Targeting acquisition of 60,000 customers and expansion into new markets; aiming for sustained 20% month-over-month growth for the next 24 months. We are currently in search of a leader who excels in managing marketing teams and is eager to spearhead our marketing initiatives at BeeSpeaker. If you're passionate about driving rapid growth and facilitating our swift entry into new markets with our innovative product, we'd love to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, planning, and executing the marketing strategy for the BeeSpeaker app. Taking a hands-on approach to drive rapid growth of BeeSpeaker in existing and new markets, with the aim of scaling up to millions of users. Leading communication efforts across all marketing channels, including social media, PR, influencers, paid ads, and organic channels, while effectively coordinating internal and external resources. Collaborating closely with the Product Team and Management to define target markets, objectives, and execution plans. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of the user acquisition strategy across different advertising networks, as well as overseeing app store optimization and other growth-related processes. Your qualifications should ideally include: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, particularly with digital products, including mobile applications and/or web applications in a B2C SaaS business model. Experience in marketing management roles for a minimum of 2-3 years with strong leadership skills. Proven experience in introducing digital products to new foreign markets. Excellent command of written and spoken English, at least at a B2 level. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment. Nice to have: Experience in Product Management, including working in the product team or involvement in Digital Product Development within a SaaS B2C model. Proficiency in performance marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile applications. Demonstrated success in scaling up digital product sales by 10x or more.
