We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Marketing. We are proud that we cooperate with such prestigious partners as IKEA, Rossmann, ING, Modivo, Douglas, which proves our strong position on the market.   About the Role: This role is crucial in steering the strategic direction of our brand and managing a dynamic Marketing Team.  As the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our flagship projects on both Polish and international markets. This position offers not only the opportunity to lead and develop a talented marketing team but also the autonomy to introduce innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of the organization. If you are a seasoned marketing leader with a strong background in team management, creative strategy development, and a proven track record in the industry, we encourage you to apply.   Your Tasks:  Develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies to enhance the brand and drive customer acquisition. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Use marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, data analytics, social media, CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation Systems (MA) to achieve strategic goals. Independently manage and oversee marketing projects, ensuring the delivery of measurable results. Create impactful product presentations and collateral. Plan and execute webinars for clients and business partners. Represent the company at industry conferences and other external events. Collaborate closely with corporate clients and the sales team to optimize the product offering. Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies to the evolving business environment.   Our Requirements: Experience in marketing in the SaaS industry and/or the enterprise sector. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on team management. Proven experience in leading and developing marketing teams. Documented success in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of marketing and analytical tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Independence, initiative, and creativity in problem-solving. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.   What We Offer: Development in an international group with a stable market position.
