Position Description - You will be responsible to create and document comprehensive SAP solution designs that align with business goals- During this you will consider scalability, performance, security, and compliance in the overarching SAP architecture at QIAGEN- You lead technical team members in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solutions- Furthermore you complete technical standards and guidelines for SAP projects and maintenance- You are staying up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends- Last but not least you will mentor and train team members on SAP technologies and methodologies Position Requirements - You successfully completed a degree in (business) computer science or education with a comparable background- You bring relevant professional experience in the area of SAP Solution Design and SAP Architecture- Leadership qualities to lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, ensuring they work cohesively to achieve project goals are a must- You bring an open and communicative personality with fluent German and good English skills for international cooperation- Experience in working with IT service providers is an advantage What we offer At the heart of QIAGEN are our people who drive our success.
