You’ll be collecting messages, arranging meetings, and nurturing strong relationships. You'll also craft reports, handle inquiries with finesse, and identify upsell opportunities. You’ll also learn everything there is to know about SEO Our requirements are: Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment - 1-3 years. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Understanding key customer success metrics and utilising them to measure and communicate the value delivered to customers. Languages : English (at least B2) and Polish (at least B1). Soft skills: Communication skill (must have). Problem-solving skills and proactive approach. Customer focus — prioritising customer needs and working towards their success with the product or service. Analytical skills — proficiency in analysing customer feedback and usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Willingness to learn and develop in Sales. Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus. Your mission: Master the art of client relationships – you'll be collecting messages faster than Google crawls websites and arranging meetings. Build and maintain client relationships.
