We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Solution Manager to join our teamYour primary responsibilities will include cultivating and managing relationships with Prowly customers, overseeing the entire lead lifecycle from acquisition to closure, and continuously improving the conversion rate at every stage. Your focus will be on acquiring new Prowly clients from diverse marketing sources and achieving monthly sales targets. This role will require working with leads from Europe and the United States, accommodating a flexible working schedule that aligns with different time zones. Essentials: Team/Department : Sales Team Contract: Employment contract Workplace: 100% remote (available offices in Warsaw and Łódź) Routine: flexible working hours, but available for US hours as well English: C1 Recruitment process: HR Interview -> Meeting with Head of Sales & HRBP -> Mock demo & interview with the team What we expect: Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the SaaS industry, with a track record of consistently closing deals in the mid-market segment A proven ability to surpass new business sales targets and drive continued revenue growth with mid-market accounts Proficiency in various sales methodologies, including Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, or equivalent approaches Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English Familiarity with CRM tools commonly used in sales, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Base Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the capacity to build relationships and influence decision-makers Additional Advantages: Sales experience in the US Knowledge of the PR industry What we offer in return: Base salary 7000 PLN Gross commission (can get up to 20 000PLN gross) 100% remote work (offices in Warsaw and Łódź are available) Really flexible hours (you decide on your calendar) Trust Paid Time Off - Take extra paid time off when you need it, beyond the allocated number of days Mental Health Program (private support sessions PL/EN with therapists/psychologists) Additional payment for benefits (Multisport and Medicover) Opportunity to use development tools (FRIS and Facet5) and work with an expert English language course conducted by native speakers A dedicated Buddy who will support you in the first months of work, as well as onboarding meetings with all departments Integration events (2 company events annually team integrations) Referral Program (Recommend a person that can be suitable for a role and receive a bonus) ⏰ Here’s what the recruitment process looks like: 1.
