Position: Commodity Manager – EMEA Shocks Location: Gliwice, Poland Mode: hybrid (3/2 HO per week) As a key member of the EMEA Purchasing team, you'll spearhead direct material purchasing for our Gliwice Aftermarket plant. Your leadership will drive financial success, support product launches, and execute commodities strategies to ensure our continued growth and innovation. What you will do Lead purchasing functions to achieve financial targets for the Shocks product line. Drive major regional negotiations and strategic projects, ensuring optimal quality, service, and cost. Cultivate supplier partnerships to strengthen commodities strategies. Serve as the escalation point for plant issues and support resolution processes. Champion initiatives to improve cash flow and support annual budgeting processes. Oversee metrics and reporting for insightful analysis of business operations. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage a team of commodity buyer/project buyer. What can make you successful Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Procurement, or equivalent; MBA preferred. Relevant experience in Purchasing or Aftermarket Product/Engineering. Automotive industry experience is essential. Ability to manage multiple projects within a manufacturing environment; experience in organizational transformation is a plus.
