Business Product Manager (Merchant Internationalization)

Job Description We are part of the Merchant Success team and are responsible for one of Allegro's most important projects, which is to support Sellers in their international expansion. For over two years, we have been working intensively to increase the export awareness of our Partners and ensure the best possible experience for them in foreign sales. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will focus on developing the business of Partners in foreign markets. Our main goal is to prepare and further increase the selection on foreign platforms and encourage new (especially Polish) Merchants to start exporting with Allegro.   What does this role involve You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and implementing programs/promotions for Sellers aimed at supporting their sales in foreign markets and continually increasing the export product selection on Allegro in line with the concept of "List once, sell everywhere." Your task will be to develop a strategy (and select the appropriate tools) to acquire and encourage Partners to engage in cross-border sales on all markets where Allegro operates or will operate. You will participate in the development of comprehensive educational solutions and effective informational campaigns aimed at imparting knowledge to our Sellers regarding the specifics of international sales and increasing their export awareness. Your area of responsibility will also include analyzing both internal and external data, as well as identifying any barriers to gain a more precise understanding of needs and facilitate our Partners in conducting foreign sales. You will create documentation, including presentations for stakeholders, management, at various stages of the project (mainly in English, nad Polish) On a daily basis, you will be in contact with individuals from various departments throughout the organization.
