As a Senior Service Delivery Consultant in our Global Delivery Center, you will support our rapidly growing as-a-service clients in the global financial sector. This position offers a unique opportunity for seasoned IT infrastructure specialists with a passion for automation and scalability.Responsibilities:Collaborate with regional delivery teams to support and manage the 24/7 operation of interfaces, service platform, and environments.Handle complex IT infrastructure requests and managed services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate solutions and streamline operations.Maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and operational experience with mission-critical software and tools.Engage in IT infrastructure automation projects and contribute to the development of future-oriented solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Client Services, Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and Account Management to ensure seamless service delivery.Qualifications:At least 6/7 years of experience in a similar position.Extensive experience delivering complex IT infrastructure requests and/or managed services.Familiarity with large hosting providers and global (remote) clients.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.Strong Microsoft Windows knowledge.Operational experience with mission-critical software and tools.Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure automation.Experience working with Azure Cloud is a plus.ITIL experience/certification.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.Cross-functional team player with experience in an international environment.We offer:Long-term cooperationTransparently built relations based on trust and fair playCo-financed benefits: Medicover card, Multisport cardInternal reference bonus
