Brand Activation Manager - FMCG Miejsce pracy: Kraków Recruitment for For our Client, international company from FMCG industry, premium brand, we are looking for an experienced Brand Activation Manager, responsible for premium portfolio brands on the polish market. Your responsibilities Deliver the Company's commercial and marketing objectives, off-trade, on-trade, B2B and e-commerce channels Maximise opportunities, grow the existing business and strengthen the long-term strategy Implementing joint business plans incl. Budget Effectiveness spend, recommend improvements Manage in-market partners with both the development and execution of 360 activation plan Drive 360 activations, implementing agreed marketing and shopper conversion tool Understand and deliver the pricing strategy for each brand Be fully aware of market trends (consumer, competitor, macro-economic) to provide insights and identify opportunities Co-ordinate Local Brand Ambassadors to build brands advocacy, community Employer requirements Experience in the FMCG industry, nice to have Luxury goods arena Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels Excellent presentation/training skills High Analytical skills Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities Able to apply category management principles to form commercial propositions that drive value and volume growth Self-motivated, passion, understanding and experience of the Luxury goods channel with a desire to exceed expectations What employer offers Contract of employment Company car, multisport card, medical package, life insurance Work in international company Benefits private medical care life insurance flexible working time
