To realize this ambition we are currently looking for an experienced Portfolio Management Segment Director Large Enterprises and International. Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders. We drive customer value and growth thru easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise. The role of Portfolio Segment Director Large Enterprises and International • You are responsible for building strong market driven strategies, value propositions and business cases within your segments that bring together our unique combination of software-, service- and data solutions. • You will lead and mentor a team of domain/segment portfolio managers (1FTE), fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. • In collaboration with the portfolio colleagues and country leaders, you are responsible for revenue planning (new business, upsell, cross-sell) and mapping revenue targets with offering availability for your segments. You are responsible for driving the strategic business planning process (long term planning) for your markets • You support the market portfolio managers with your expertise in ensuring/organizing adequate go-to-market and offering-market fit. • You are responsible for driving the strategic business planning process (long term planning) for your segments across EU. • You build and defend solid investment business cases to drive future growth and synergies in your segments. • Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to our sales/- enablement, marketing, service, product delivery and M&A organizations. • You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio. • You are responsible for the portfolio partner selection in your segments to complete our offering where needed. • You drive customer experience by market driven portfolio and investment choices. • You will drive the integration of our product and service offering into one future proof digital customer journey for your segments. • You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker. • You will be a true coach and people manager, empowering intrapreneurship, nurturing talent and growth within portfolio management. • With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuous professionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes. • You will report to the Group VP Portfolio Management. • You will be based in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands or Spain and are willing to travel up to 20%. Our ideal candidate… • Brings a proven experience (+5Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+5Y) in the European HR market to the table. • Is an experienced people manager (+2Y). • Has strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast. • Is an intrapreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers. • Has the capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and compliance environment. • Is decisive backed by numbers and expertise. • Always sees the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our company. • Is a strong internal and external networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels. • As a critical analytical mind, contributes to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation. • Can take the lead for portfolio management in our local partnership and M&A initiatives. • Has a strong knowledge of the European HCM and payroll market. • Is a true team player. One for all, all for one! • Experience in SAP is a strong plus. • Experience in portfolio pricing and -pricing research is a plus. • Is fluent in Englisch (spoken and written), any other European language is a plus.
