This role also involves close collaboration with local branch teams in Poland. Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistency and quality of service delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and achieve financial targets. Monitor branch performance through data analytics and ensure alignment with market trends and business goals. Lead, mentor, and develop leaders and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Drive initiatives to optimize customer engagement, increase retention, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with regional managers to ensure effective operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all branches. Our requirements Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations or branches. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
