For our client, a leading global manufacturer of process and conveyor belts, we are seeking candidates for the position of Global Quality Manager . Position Overview: As our Global Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and leading quality assurance strategies across all our manufacturing units worldwide. Your expertise will ensure that our products consistently meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a global quality management system (QMS) that aligns with our strategic objectives and complies with international standards. Lead and manage quality assurance teams across different regions, ensuring consistent application of quality standards and practices. Conduct regular audits of processes and products at all manufacturing sites to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Manage supplier quality, including conducting supplier audits, developing performance metrics, and fostering strong supplier relationships to ensure high-quality materials. Leading root cause analyses in customer quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles in a global or multi-site company within the manufacturing sector (automotive, medical or aerospace industry preferred). Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control tools. Proven track record of leading successful quality improvement projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams across cultural and geographical boundaries. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus. Availability for stationary work at the production facility in Szczecin, Poland and willingness to travel internationally to other branches. We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package.
