How to contribute to our visionWe are looking for a positive, and motivated team Lead with existing experience in guiding a team of Project Managers across NEME in the Onshore Service Business either as Line Manager or Functional Manager.This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team within a dynamic business, delivering innovation to the renewable energy.Some of your key tasks will include, but not be limited to: Lead and motivate a team of Project Managers across Europe executing major campaigns within the Service business.Ownership over a portfolio of projects and responsibility to deliver projects safe and cost effectively.Support your team members in their individual development and growth.Team development including recruitment, training, and retention of people.Effectively manage the team performance through a supportive framework to maximize the contribution of the team.Ensure safety is integral to the function and all projects delivered safely and in full compliance with local legislation and company policy.Execute projects in accordance with SGRE project management processes and drive best practice.Focus on work/life balance and wellbeing and lead by example.Handle priorities in collaboration with our internal and external customers and stakeholders.Regular reporting / updates to management advising of project progress and KPI's. Advise of areas requiring escalation, decision for resolution & nonconformance.Ensure best practices and lessons learned are shared with the wider group to facilitate knowledge sharing and encourage collaboration.Promote the function within the business by supporting the overall business objectives.What you need to make a differenceEnthusiasm for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.We are also looking for…Passion for Leadership and becoming part of an agile and diverse team.Extensive relevant experience with renewable energy (wind) projects.Experience in Leadership roles.Experience and knowledge of Project Management disciplines. Project Management qualifications are an advantage.Comfortable to work in a highly paced and changing environment.Ideally a background/degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.Excellent English skills - written and verbal communication.Experience with cross functional, cross cultural teams and ability to influence/collaborate with others.The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of projects within NE&ME region so ability to travel if/when required.In return of your commitment, we offer youBecome a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
