Description :Support the IT Service Integration PMO function in providing a comprehensive and professional program and project management service to all appropriate stakeholders and facilitate the successful delivery Service Integration demands and projects.Deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.Interact with functional/business unit stakeholders across product groups to monitor and manage the portfolio that aligns with the overall HE IT PPM business objectives and priorities.Key Job Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesManage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies and use various project management toolsDrive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to CloseFacilitate internal and supplier meetingsDetermine communication plansDevelop and manage project schedulesManage project budgets and forecastsIdentify and manage risks and issues, including escalationsCreate project status reportsEnsure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controlsManage project scope and identify need for and develop change ordersMeasure and report progress of teamManage a team of project managersSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principlesBroad understanding of the ServiceNow domainsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skillsHighly organized with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple concurrent projectsAbility to assess and mitigate riskAbility to lead and motivate a teamComfortable working in a matrixed organizationComfortable working with ambiguity and changeComfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones
