Sustainability Senior Consultant / Energy Modeler Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Leading and managing sustainability projects including building energy modelling, decarbonisation, environmental assessments of buildings, circular economy, ESG reporting, climate change mitigation and adaptation, Health & Wellbeing, biodiversity, EU Taxonomy compliance on individual buildings and master planning levels Prepare and deliver energy models for buildings as well as detailed heating and cooling loads calculations Supporting clients on a strategic level delivering sustainability, ESG and decarbonisation strategies Providing sustainability advice to clients and project teams with a focus on decarbonisation and circular economy Preparing proposals and allocating internal resources Developing and maintaining relationships with clients contractors and other stakeholders Mentor and support junior members of the sustainability team Prepare and deliver presentations, reports and other project documentation Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, guidelines and best practices and ensure that these are incorporated into project work Working with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, contractors and clients Implement internal sustainability strategy and agenda and support colleagues in delivering sustainable projects and services Designing and implementing new sustainability services and actively involving in business development Our requirements Fluent English written/verbal communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences, including contributing to reports and other documentation At least 6 years (for Senior Consultant position) experience as a sustainability consultant in the built environment Strong analytical, technical and interpersonal skills Proven record of building energy models utilizing IES software Expertise in at least one the following areas: Decarbonisation Circular Economy ESG reporting EU Taxonomy compliance Experience of producing sustainability, ESG or decarbonisation strategies for buildings, campuses, or organizations Knowledge and experience in decarbonisation and carbon footprint calculation in the built environment Knowledge about MEP installations and differences in their efficiencies. Knowledge and experience in delivering one of the following assessment schemes: BREEAM, LEED, WELL Optional Accreditation in one of the following assessment schemes: BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Wirescore, Smartscore and practical competence of their application What we offer A multicultural and informal working environment where you can develop professionally by being part of a team who enjoy what they do.
