JOB DESCRIPTION The Personnel Administration Process Lead is responsible for overall introduction of all processes related to personnel administration that will be in line with all legal and regulatory regulations resulted from Polish Labour Law. The role holder provides general personnel administrative support in the HR system transition project. Oversees all functions of our Human Resources Administration Team. This role is to maintain internal HR Administration system, ensuring all personnel administration initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a human work environment. Your responsibilities: Support the system process setup aligned with Polish Labor Law regulations. Support the Personnel Administration system project from the HR process perspective. Ensure efficient and qualitative Personnel Administration services delivery in line with Polish Labor Law regulations and global company procedures. Ensure high quality and on time provision of all personnel administration documentation and data that directly fall under the regulatory schedules. Active participation in processes and systems implementation related to Personnel Administration. Support the activities related to data consistency and synchronization between various HR systems. Coordinate and facilitate knowledge sharing and trainings for Personnel Administration team members in TETA system functionalities. Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues Coordinate process changes and HR Administration system implementation within the team. Active cooperation with HR system provider in terms of processes adjustment. Act as a consultant to HR staff regarding Personnel Administration regulations and policies. Create Personnel Administration related reports and analyses. Support in recruiting competent new co-workers that will fit to the team. Fulfilling work time obligations. Participation in obligatory training courses to which the employer will refer the employee. Process the personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of duties in the position. The employee is obliged to comply with the obligation to carry out other superiors' orders regarding work in accordance with the law and the type of work specified in the contract. Responsible for the correct and timely circulation of documents. Our requirements: Excellent, proven knowledge of Personnel Administration regulations and Polish Labor Law. At least 3 years of experience in Personnel Administration. Excellent knowledge of TETA HR system. Excellent knowledge related to generating regulatory declarations (ZUS, PFRON, GUS). Fluent in verbal and written English. Ability to interpret regulations and propose practical solutions form implementing into HR processes across Fujitsu Poland. Experience in maintaining and implementing HR applications. Experience in working in demanding professional environments. Experience in various HR Projects related to new systems implementation. Strong customer orientation and business awareness. Excellent attention to detail. Solid analytical skills. Strong Excel skills. Highly organized. Ability to multiple projects simultaneously and drive towards results.
