GL & Reporting Manager

Short Intro and About the Job As the GL & Reporting Manager, you will ensure that the financial reporting processes are compliant with the group core model and with the local rules. You will join the Financial Control team.As the GL & Reporting Manager, also you will be responsible for:Planning, animating, and monitoring all financial reporting activities,Reviewing, understanding, and processing the estimates and other manual corrections received from the business,Calculating and processing the recurring estimates, deferred expenses, tax payments rebooking, and other corrections required to ensure the compliance of the books with group and statutory requirements,Calculating and proceeding with the CIT with the assistance of the Tax TeamMonitoring and reconciling the balance sheet GL accounts and review the reconciliations of other Streams,Ensuring the application of reporting instructions circulated by the Group consolidation team,Ensuring that all financial information reported is strictly in line with the accounting records,Working closely with the General Ledger Team Manager to ensure that all financial information reported is correct. About You You are a perfect fit for this role, because you have:Minimum 3-4 Years of experience working in Finance/preferably in an Audit environment,Strong accounting and finance analysis skills,Proven experience with business process improvement,Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and dependence with differing national legal and regulatory requirements,Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP/MS Dynamics) would be an asset,Very good MS Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint),Good knowledge of English (minimum B2) and Polish,Strong communication skills with different stakeholders.
