This role will manage the payroll team, manage benefits administration, ensure accurate payroll reporting and continuously review and optimize payroll processes. This role is responsible for driving consistency of global payroll processes and improving operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with all applicable local requirements. What you will do: Provide strong and effective leadership across teams through collaboration, communication, problem solving, innovation, execution, and results. Develop and maintain procedures to ensure confidentiality and protection of information as per company policy, GDPR regulations, and other relevant data privacy regulations. Manage payroll compliance with applicable regulations, including benefits calculation Manage complex payroll taxation arrangements for domestic and international remote work arrangements, business travellers, expats, secondments and ensure compliance with applicable country regulations, including reporting and withholding for the applicable jurisdictions. Handling changes in personal data and administration of terms and conditions of employment Maintaining profile changes into the Payroll systems and administering changes in terms of employment conditions. Monthly payroll administration, including preparation, calculation, and generation of transfer files. Handling all aspects of the payroll process, including GL accounting, benefits records, and electronic payslips. 8 years of experience in global payroll management Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 10 years of Payroll Operations management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and cultures around the world Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements Knowledge of HR processes and experience managing payroll software Extensive and thorough knowledge of payroll regulations, including wages as well as remote work Working knowledge in the preparation and filing of payroll tax and other requisite forms. Working knowledge of international payroll administration and compliance requirements. Working knowledge of payroll systems SAP Successfactors EC ECP, PayDay, COIN, gPayroll, Peasy Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office.
