Senior New Business Manager We're seeking an ambitious New Business Manager to sell our SaaS product to businesses worldwide . Led by experienced founders and backed by leading funds - Movens Capital, DEPO Ventures, BlackPearls VC, and FundingBox VC, in just two years, our team has launched our core product and gained over 500 organizations as paying customers. We're poised for growth and ready to expand our team . Who Are We Looking For? As our New Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our expansion, focusing solely on converting leads into satisfied customers . You'll engage with prospective clients through live online meetings, handling all sales communications, and managing the entire sales process from lead segmentation to contract negotiation. We're looking for someone fluent in English (C1 level is a must) who can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a tech company. Here, Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging online product demos tailored to customer needs ️. Handling all sales communications via email and chat to convert prospects into customers ✉️. Prepare proposals and presentations for customers, setting up demo accounts as needed . Managing and segmenting leads who express interest in our platform, request demo meetings, or make email inquiries. Collaborate closely with Customer Success for smooth onboarding experiences . Managing contract negotiation processes with customers to secure profitable outcomes Maintain and develop customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience at every turn . This scope is not set in stone - your responsibilities might change over time Most customers that you will work with potentially yield annual revenues between $3-8k, implying fairly straightforward deals usually lasting up to 3 weeks from the first contact, with one decision-maker on the client's end. Hence, you won't spend six months on a single sale, which allows for a quick feedback loop and learning curve to improve your results. Nevertheless, this doesn't rule out occasionally landing "whales" potentially yielding $50-100k annually, which you'll also be working on. What Do You Need to Succeed? You have at least 3 years of sales or business development experience ‍‍. Excellent English skills (C1 level is a must), with the ability to communicate effectively with native speakers ️. Highly organized, proactive, and a team player with a knack for solving problems . Experienced with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.) . Willingness to work flexible hours, including availability for calls between 5-9 pm CET few times a week. ⏰. Previous experience in tech companies and working with US-based clients is a plus . Experience working in tech companies with B2B SaaS solutions for medium-sized companies is advantageous.
