About the role :The HR Operations Manager for Poland, Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, focusing on HR services, plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, with a specific emphasis on payroll functions and broader HR service delivery. This role encompasses overseeing payroll processing, benefits administration, employee onboarding, HR system management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws in Poland and the CEE region. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, finance departments, and external vendors will be essential to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing within the local legal framework. Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, HR systems, and attention to detail are crucial. The HR Operations & Payroll Manager also acts as a point of contact for employee inquiries, maintains comprehensive records, identifies areas for process improvement, and enhances HR service delivery.Responsibilities:Leadership of HR Operations and Payroll to a growing employee base in Poland and CEE Countries as well as managing teams supporting other EMEA Countries.Manage, support and develop human resources initiatives and HR delivery to all business lines in the respective region(s) in coordination with EMEA team and reflecting the business needs in respective division(s)/region(s), liaising as needed with People Experience Partners and CoEs.Participate, deploy and administer JLL initiatives and projects to support the achievement of HR Services objectives as well as pro-actively leading continuous improvement initiatives in HR areas.Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to ensure that all issues are resolved while providing excellent customer service.Resolve ongoing, complex Human Resources related issues and track employee data utilizing systems and tools deployed.Manage the development and implementation of staffing strategies to ensure effective recruitment, screening, selection and retention of quality employees, using practices consistent with company policies and legal requirements.Support and direct, through leadership and influence, HR objectives for: change management; business transformation; talent development and communication.Assess and anticipate HR-related needs while proactively communicating needs and developing integrated solutions.Drive overall implementation of best practice, plans and strategies, and continually monitor effectiveness.Manage all local HR support services within the region while proactively measuring process improvement strategies/initiatives that drive transactional/routine services to increase efficiency & effectiveness in HR operations.Lead members as required by the role.Ensure regulatory and system compliance in HR initiatives along with company health, safety and environmental policies and compliance with local HR reporting requirements.Other duties as required.Location: On-site –Warsaw, POLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
