Junior Legal Advisor Contracts & Compliance Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Assist in the review, drafting, and management of global HEINEKEN andhead office IT-related contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. Conduct legal research on various IT-related matters, including data privacy laws, intellectual property rights, compliance issues, and industry regulations. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports related to IT contracts and agreements. Work closely with the IT lawyers of HEINEKEN head office. Maintain and update a comprehensive database for IT contracts and related documents. Generate management insights based on the information captured in the contract management system. Keep abreast of developments in IT law, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the company's legal practices remain current and compliant. Execute (privacy) compliance assessments. And any other task assigned by manager within the scope of functional responsibilities. Our requirements High degree of personal integrity with sounded business judgement. Knowledge and experience of the general principles of contract law in corporate environment (min. 1 - 3 years). Basic knowledge of the GDPR legislation. Ability to develop a detailed understanding of the business and external risks. Ability to work on projects with number of stakeholders simultaneously to deliver expected compliant outcomes. Good investigative skills, prepared to challenge and stand their ground. Preferably master's degree in law.
