Junior HR Admin Specialist with German | Managed Services Operations Miejsce pracy: Lublin Your responsibilities Handling the monthly payroll process for German Clients, Preparing monthly reports and issuing employment certificates, Direct contact with the client, handling employee inquiries, Providing assistance to local management on administrative questions related to payroll, pensions, insurance, and other HR-related queries, Reviewing and processing payroll elements and upload data into the system. Our requirements A university degree, 1+ years of experience in corporate environment, Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, German language knowledge minimum at B2 level, Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, An ability to work with various systems and reports, Analytical skills, attention to details, dynamism in action, team working skills, good work organization. Optional Willingness to learn and to acquire knowledge of labor law regulations in various countries, Previous experience related to payroll or personnel administration, including employee documentation and/or labor law regulations.
