They are focused on three main areas: Cyber Breach Response, Cloud Security Services, and Proactive Cyber Services. Our client: US-based cybersecurity company headquartered in New York City Salary: up to 50 USD/h + VAT on B2B Working time: 15:00- 23:00 (Polish time) responsibilities : Lead multiple projects spanning multiple domains within a Program Management Office environment; effectively managing time, resources, scope, and quality while driving and prioritizing multiple work streams within a program; Ensure standardization of Project process and methodology: determining the best blend of methodology while driving complex projects from concept to fully operational; Engage with different business and technical leaders and key stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities; Ensure standardization in all Project collateral, from communication plans to reporting output, including the format and frequency required for various stakeholder groups; Deliver regular progress reports tracking project plans and providing timely guidance and feedback to help teams get to the finish line collaboratively and ensuring appropriate mitigation and contingency plans are in place; Generate reports, presentations, and general correspondence to a wide range of audience types, including senior/executive leadership; Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholder to define project requirements, and deliverables; Develop project timelines and landmarks using appropriate tools and techniques; Build and execute project work plans, and revise as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements; Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope; Work on operational projects targeting new services delivery, partner communications, scheduling, etc.; Review deliverables prepared by the team before presenting them to the client. requirements-expected : 5+ years of experience in a similar role; 3+ years of experience in managing or performing IS/IT or related projects.; 3+ years of cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management and/or business analysis experience for mid-to-large sized corporations with a geographically dispersed population; Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, etc.; Experience operating within a PMO type of structure; Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management qualification with additional preference for Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, FDD) or traditional SDLC/Waterfall models; Excellent presentation skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities; Excellent organizational skills, including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization; Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, such as upper management, clients, and other departments; Experience with design, implementation, or operationalization of InfoSec/Cyber Security systems, working with 3rd Party Vendors, executing the transition into a production environment a plus; Ability to manage conflict resolution and communicate risks and roadmaps to senior/executive leadership; Very good English skills (C1). offered : A possibility to work with a team of security consultants investigating computer crimes and breaches that make the headlines – and many more that don’t; Great opportunity for personal development in a stable and friendly multinational company; Competitive salary; Remote work together with participation in global projects; A possibility of growing your craft alongside like-minded professionals.
