Hybrid working model, Home Office 2-3 times per week  Your main responsibilities One of our top clients is looking for Bulgarian and Hungarian speakers. Depending on your experience, qualifications, and preferences, we have roles to propose: Customer Success Specialist Czech/Slovak/Bulgarian/Hungarian (B2/C1) + English B2 Depending on your position, you will be responsible for one of the following areas: Customer Care Representative: Be the first point of contact for Customers Resolve Customer requests received via all channels (phone, email, fax, chat) according to agreed service levels and service standards Provide assistance to customers in self-service mediums and assist the customer to complete transactions Record and follow up on all customer contacts in customer-facing systems Liaise between customers and other departments Hybrid working model, 2-3 times per week from home What we expect from you Czech/Slovak/Bulgarian/Hungarian at least on B2/C1 level English on B2 level min.
