Position Overview This is a Program Manager position for the Platform team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. This team defines and builds the software platform that the Fusion family of products is built upon. The mission of the group is to drive developer productivity, device independence and consistency. We are on a multi-year journey to improve the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion by delivering un-precented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology. We are rapidly combining many world-leading technologies and teams into the Fusion family.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Platform Programs, the Technical Program Manager will help our Platform service teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency by driving collaborative, cross-organizational, programs that enable scrum teams to manage their inter & intra-dependencies. You are flexible, driven, and enthusiastic about handling challenges with determination and inquisitiveness. You will be a catalyst for change, being an articulate communicator, and fervent about assisting teams in recognizing and accomplishing their objectives.The position is based in Krakow (Hybrid)ResponsibilitiesYou will provide hands-on, end-to-end, Program Management from design to deliveryYou will lead programs focused on delivering platform technologiesGuide alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through planning, dependency management and impediment removalYou will engage business stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Go-to-Market, etc.) to maintain strategy, priority, and requirements alignmentYou will use technical acumen while facilitating discussions between technical stakeholders (e.g., XD, Engineering Leads, Product Owners, Architects, etc.)You will work with technical stakeholders to build clear, agile, plansYou will uncover, understand, and track platform dependencies and commitmentsYou will proactively pursue delayed dependencies and escalate impactsYou will drive risk identification, analysis, and mitigation to address potential roadblocksYou will assist with the use of platform technologies and best practicesYou will serve as communication focal point on complex programsYou will help drive adoption of platform standards and technologiesYou will establish and maintain processes to help teams operate with increased efficiency and accuracyYou will collaborate using tools such as Slack, Confluence, JIRA, and AirtableMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science or a related field8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product OwnerExtensive experience working with business and technical on highly complex plans involving multiple software engineering teams, in a fast-paced environment, using Agile methodologiesGood technical background and knowledge, detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilitiesZeal for process and operational excellenceAbility to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutionsExperience with Jira and ConfluenceAble to travel (less than 25%)#LI-AC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
