We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Manager Your responsibilities: Lead and manage business development projects focused on the Polish to-EU market. Actively search for new prospective business customers, initiating and coordinating sales processes; Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to drive business growth and expansion. Develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, customer targeting, and setting sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution. Monitor and analyze project performance, highlighting areas for improvement or potential risks. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Everwest's services. Requirements: Proven experience in business development and project management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry. Solid understanding of the Polish and EU markets, logistics operations, and industry trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail. Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
