Your responsibilities: Working alongside the European Home Credit IT Delivery and CMT members in maturing a standardised, organisation wide Project & Programme Management Capability for European Provident markets and leading the company's PMO related activities in all European Provident markets. Embedding and maturing the EHC portfolio prioritisation framework, consistent project/programme reporting with a focus on assuring delivery of business benefits, reporting tools and early identification of risks and issues. Building an effective PMO service that provides assurance that investment in change is managed appropriately, has the capability to lead and land a portfolio of changes in all countries and provides support to the European Provident Home Credit markets. Providing adequate assurance (through portfolio MI) on country and regional specific budget control, benefit realisation and associated risk management. Creating and contributing to European MI Dashboards. Creating a high performing function through maturing the PMO Service offering and managing the portfolio. Work with the Head of Change to transform the current Change function into a more efficient and effective organisation, supporting the improvement of PM & BA capability through the implementation of best practice, new standards and governance frameworks. Acting as a reference point for PMO queries and information, and an advocate for best practices in portfolio management. Recruiting, managing and developing a number of colleagues across a range of locations. Owning key associated tools (e.g. PPM tool) and portfolio management processes, looking to continuously improve/mature the PMO service offering over time. Supporting Change Management Risk at European level by providing MI against Key Risk Indicators. Leading key governance forums with senior representatives from all EHC markets. Coordinated management of a complex portfolio of change with a high degree of risk and complexity to achieve critical organisational objectives. Knowledge and experience of best practice portfolio management methodologies and techniques to provide sound advice and support to the Change function as well as to Sponsors and CMT members. Experience of collaborating across multiple countries. Experience of leading a PMO function. Experience delivering portfolio management into an IT/Change function. Experience with PPM tools. Experience of Agile & Waterfall delivery models. Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in an IT or Finance-related discipline (desirable).
