We are looking for a DevOps who will join our scrum team building complex data-driven applications. You will work in a team of backend developers, frontend developers and QA We work in 2-weeks sprints We take care of good practices of the development and deploying We document our work, and we take care of solutions we choose together You can work from the office or hybrid. Duties & Responsibilities: Proposing and designing solutions to improve system durability (by monitoring tools and jobs) Continuous review of used companion services and preparing update plans and updates Review, documentation and tests for services scalability CI/CD stack updates and improvements Requirements: Min. 2 years as a DevOps Deploying an maintaining applications/systems on Linux platform Experience in creating Jenkins Jobs and Pipelines Knowledge of Big Data Technologies (Kafka, Druid, Cassandra, RabbitMQ) Good English Polish at min. communicative level Possibility to work from our office in Gliwice at least 2 days a week Nice have: Knowledge of cloud solutions (on-prem, AWS) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or similar technical University degree Experience in working in agile methodologies Perks & Benefits: Private healthcare (Medicover) Sport cards (Medicover Sport) Regular team integration meetings Training budget Company lunch/breakfast once a week English lessons with a native speaker during working hours (1,5h a week) Snacks in the office Free parking near the office About the project: Searchlight Cloud is a highly flexible platform that combines high-definition video surveillance with various data sources including transactional data from point of sale systems, metadata from AI-enabled cameras and other forms of sensor-driven data to give organizations a complete view of their business. Using the platform, corporations can address security and fraud concerns, while also gaining insights into operational, compliance, and sales and marketing issues.
