We are looking for candidates to join our Talent Engagement Team . You will be working on developing the N-iX brand as a great workplace globally, by conducting external & internal events, and handling other employee engagement campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate employer branding events in Poland, such as conferences, meetups etc; Launch & coordinate Employer Branding activities within the company to develop N-iX community; Participate in the planning of employee celebratory events and recognition of milestones Supported team building activities within Poland Look for opportunities, investigate and share ideas for expanding the company’s talent engagement strategy; Suggest new ideas for improving employee journey and engagement; Assist in the design and production of branded products; Negotiate contracts with counterparties and ensure compliance; Participate in strategy development to position the brand in a local market; Research engagement platforms and advertising trends in the industry. Requirements: 1 year of experience in event management, marketing or communications Good knowledge of the local IT market Upper-intermediate level of English & proficience Polish Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks; Analytical skills, creative mindset & proactiveness; A high degree of emotional intelligence Good presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of both internal and external stakeholders
