Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of technical professionals dedicated to optimizing, configurating, and maintaining Verisk's financial systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in streamlining operations, enhancing financial visibility, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Core Responsibilities:Manage the team of financial systems professionals at different levels of seniority. Assign tasks to team members and provide technical guidance and mentorship.Conduct team performance evaluations. Execute regular assessments to ensure that sufficient bandwidth existsEngage in the implementation of financial software systems (Oracle Fusion).Build strong relations with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other business applications and databases.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed to optimize functionality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from financial data. Generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into related performance metrics.Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks, ensure data security, and maintain compliance with industry standards.Evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.QualificationsPrevious experience in leading and mentoring the team.Proficiency in financial software and ERP system (preferably Oracle Fusion) with a strong understanding of multiple modules and functionalities.Knowledge of accounting procesess, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and best practices in financial operations.Capable of implementing effectuvely new business processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English.#LI-AA1#LI-Hybrid
