Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members Join us and lead tech innovation for new lighting solutions and safer roads Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a System & Software Quality Engineer Your challenges: Assessment of software and system development processes according to Automotive SPICE norm and their status reporting Monitoring of project improvement plan and tracking issue until closure Creation of Software & System Quality Assurance Plans and Strategies in collaboration with project contributors Cooperation with R&D and software development departments Analyzing and applying into projects the Customer Specific Software Quality Requirements Preparation of the project documentation and project teams for internal and customer audits, managing the project improvement plan Being a single point of contact for customer software quality relevant issues Join our team if you have: Engineering/Master Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Quality or similar At least 3 years of experience working in automotive industry/IT Job background in projects and software development Work experience as Software Quality Engineer, practical ability to perform ASPICE audits and SW Release audits Advanced command of English Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work autonomously Very good knowledge of Automotive SPICE including level 3 requirements We can offer you: Employment in an international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational hightech automotive supplier; Attractive working conditions and benefits: possibility to work remotely, participation in internal and external trainings, subsidies for MyBenefit cafeteria (including Multisport card), additional health and life insurance, private medical care (Medicover), Employee Retirement Program (PPE) and other social benefits.
