We are looking to hire IT Application Managers to develop and govern best-in-class IT Solutions supporting our Manufacturing Operations around the world.Application Managers in the Centre of Digital Excellence are responsible for managing End to End operations for applications in the Fabric & Home Care BU (Business Unit), including managing external vendor teams.Are you a passionate leader, striving to create value with your consumers through the right strategy, innovation, and ongoing service delivery? You may be just what we are looking for!Responsibilities:Ensure digital compliance with industry best practices and P&G PoliciesDrive excellence for the business withhands-onIT housekeeping, monitoring, and testing for solutions in a combinedIT/OT (operational technology) environmentCollaborate with P&G and vendor stakeholders to understand, verify and maintain shared capabilities across Manufacturing SitesPush continuous evolution of managed applications to optimize cost, capacity, and performanceBuild and sustain shared expertise and best practices with local teams and key partnersJob QualificationsQualifications (Required):Experience and demonstrated proficiency in configuring and developing withPower BI,PythonandMicrosoft AzureSubstantial understanding of Information Security, Operational Excellence, and IT StewardshipCapability in automating and innovating maintenance and support tasks, including working withinDevOpsandAgileframeworksSolid ability to independently analyze and synthesize business problems, recognize patterns, and communicate concepts with non-IT professionalsEnglish proficiencyQualifications (Preferred Skills):A genuine interest in engineering / manufacturing (applications in scope are primarily operating in factories with production machines)Experience with:Azure Databricks, data engineering, PowerAppsExperience or certificate withCI/CDandDevOpsmethodologiesProficient in agile delivery & creating technical documentation for external development teamsWe offer:Responsibilities as of Day 1.
