To strengthen our motivated Beauty Personnal Care Team, we are looking for a passionate EKAM Business Development Manager Personal Care Job Description * You will be the first point of central contact for customers as well develop and execute a clear strategy : account mapping, set up clear priorities * You generate new customers and contribute to the grow of our business and the profitability strategy * You will secure a strong and productive relationship with the customers, which will help growing the business and the profitability * You coordinate strongly with all internal stakeholder and our Management and Sales Team * You drive innovation projects with the customer, factories and technical experts, as well as projects on cost optimization * You recognize easily our client needs and communicate these back to the organization * You will initiate and participate lead tenders * You will be responsible for the reporting on the progress of the business to the Management and internal stakeholders Preferred educational background and professional experience: * You have completed an academic education with a technical or business focus or you have experience in the FMCG industry / personal care with multi-international customers in Europe * You have 7 - 10 years of relevant B2B experience in Sales, packaging industry paper and cardboard would be an advantage * You are passionate in hunting, working with strategic customers with your excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels * You are a teamplayer, who love to be part of a growing business and get things done * As a self-confident, dynamic and ambitious personality with a structured work style, you enrich our team and keep a cool head even in difficult and new challenges * As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), fluency in German is mandatory * Your willingness to travel within Europe is 40% - 50% Our Offer Join our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done!
