About the position As Finance& Admin Manager, you will be responsible for administration, financialmanagement, including controlling, transfer pricing documentation and reportingactivities for Abraservice Poland, while ensuring compliance with localaccounting laws and regulations as well as internal guidelines. Main responsibilities Responsiblefor the company's financial processes, ensuring compliance with laws andregulations as well as internal guidelines. Controlling, accounting andadministration.Responsiblefor financial and business controlling of the legal entity, leading the budgetand forecasting process, monthly closing, and reporting activities (P&L,Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Cooperationwith external payroll, local insurances, car fleet coordination, taking care ofstandard contracts like phone or internet, statistical reports, taking care ofadmin-matters. As a partof compliance work: leading the work for transfer price documentation, actingas MDR coordinator and initiating finance system development to meet thereporting requirements also in the future. Leading locally implementation ofnew ERP system from finance function perspective.AARO-closing,local statutory reports. Supportthe managers with commercial agreements, identifying risks and suggestionimprovements. About You Universitydegree with a strong focus in Accounting/Finance/Economy.Minimum 5years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling area, or ChiefAccountant role.Knowledgeof local Polish legal and accounting requirements. Self-driven– strong, independent character. Ability to support and take the lead indriving administrational tasks with management, as well as learn new systemseasily, while being interested and curious with a strong logic ability.You areopen-minded, willing to accept a diverse approach and enjoy working withdifferent cultures.
