The role of the new Inventory Planner will be to perform data analysis and take proactive measures to improve the comprehensive inventory.

What You Will Do
  • Foster trusting relationships with business partners to optimize End to End Inventory & DSI by Product Family level
  • Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  • Focus on inventory plan and inventory risk for business transfer in and transfer out projects
  • Plan and implement E2E inventory optimization projects
  • Applying good judgement and economic thinking to optimize Surplus, S&E expense
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
  • Digital transformation in Supply Planning group, capability of new analysis tools study and implement
  • Track KPIs and reports on Planning Strategy, E2E Inventory, Lead time, Safety Stock


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor/or above degree ( in supply chain management is preferred ) or experience with supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory management
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
  • Understanding inventory purpose, inventory strategies, and inventory calculation and optimization techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory techniques
  • Ability to process and evaluate large data sets
  • Usage of data process & visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (knowledge how to use)


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Ability to work with end-to-end supply chain planning tools ( Kinaxis Rapid Response)
  • SAP PP module applications; MRP knowledge, Inventory Management
  • APICS certificated
